He was predeceased by: his parents, Gertrude A. Carr (Nee Levy) and Michael T. Carr; his wife Virginia L. Carr (Nee Merry); his son Jeffrey Allen; and his mother-in-law Alice.
He is survived by: his children, Karen L. Carr, Vickie E. Carr and William G. (Laura Carr); his sibling Michaele Wittel; his grandchildren, Jessica Fairclough, Nyki Moore, Kelsey Lindholm (Bianca), Kimberly Lopes (Caleb), Paul Lindholm (Katie Dempsey), Samantha Carr, Rachel Lindholm and Hannah Carr; his great grandchildren, Tyana Moore, Zanayah Moore, Maya Fairclough, John Sawyer Lopes, Siena Lindholm, Rhea Lindholm and Cecelia Lopes; and his father-in-law Virgil Merry.
In lieu of flowers, a donation in memory of Art to the Wounded Warrior Project or the Salvation Army, would be greatly appreciated.
