She was predeceased by: her parents, Isadore Rosenfield and Florence Rosenfield (Nevins); and her husband Leonard M. Berkowitz. She is survived by: her children, Nancy Bate (Gene), Ellen Berkowitz and William N. Berkowitz (Gina); and her grandchildren, David Bate, Elizabeth Brown, Marie Lea Berkowitz and Angela Berkowitz. She is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
