He was predeceased by: his son John Kick; his parents, Charles Kick and Flora Kick; and his brothers, Charles Kick and Donald Kick.
He is survived by: his wife Ann Kick of Leesburg, FL; his sons, Thomas, Jr. (Linda) of Columbus, OH, Timothy (Merrilee) of Plano, TX and James of Cincinnati, OH; his grandchildren, Laura (Andrew Molter), Janine, Daniel, Alex (Christina), Kevin and Andrew Kick; and his sister Doris Wilmot. He is also survived by 3 great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
