She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Marshall Sams and Virginia Sams; her husband Frank Welch, Jr.; her children, Eric Wayne Gray (Julie), Phyllis Jayne Hall (Ed) and Cynthia Nell Morris (Dan); her grandchildren, Jessica Bertrand (Mark), Angela Morris and Kyle Gray; and her stepdaughters, Kimberly Welch of Indiana and Sheryl Lewis (Warren) of Indiana.
