She was predeceased by: her spouse Rev. Loring Chadwick. She is survived by: her son Loring (Mary) of Lincoln, RI; her grandchildren, Joseph Chadwick and Kathryn Chadwick; and her sister Carole Scott of Smithfield, RI. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
