She was predeceased by: her parents, James Powell and Nellie Powell of Clinton, Tennessee.; her husband James T. Jenkins; and her siblings, Reba, Joanne, James and John.
She is survived by: her sons, Tim (Monica Starks) and John (Dorothy Starks); her sister Brenda Yehl (Tom); and her niece Sandra Garland (Terry). She is also survived by seven grandchildren and fifteen great-grandchildren.
