It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary L. Starks-Jenkins of Leesburg, Florida, born in Cumberland, Kentucky, who passed away on October 30, 2020, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, James Powell and Nellie Powell; her husband James T. Jenkins; and her siblings, Reba, Joanne, James and John.
She is survived by: her sons, Tim (Monica Starks) and John (Dorothy Starks); her sister Brenda Yehl (Tom); and her niece Sandra Garland (Terry). She is also survived by seven grandchildren and fifteen great-grandchildren.
