We are sad to announce that on November 9, 2020, at the age of 94, Mary Kulazenka (Leesburg, Florida), born in Bellaire, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Michael Kulazenka; her daughter Michelle; and her brother Louis DeBonis. She is survived by: her daughters, Donna Hartquist (Ted) of Estero, FL and Carol Kulazenka of Leesburg, FL.; her granddaughter Anna Larson (Dan); her great grandchildren, Gavin, Isaac and Emma; and her brother John DeBonis (Carol). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
