She was predeceased by: her son Tommy Brooks, Jr.; and her sisters, Sylvia M. S. Marshall and Mary Goss. She is survived by: her children, LaWanna Hannah of Ocala, FL, LaTonia Brooks of Leesburg, FL, Elizabeth Brooks of Jacksonville, FL, LaRissa Brooks of Eustis, FL, Joseph Brooks (Julie) of Eustis, FL, Antonis Brooks of Pittsburgh, PA and Michael Jones (Dawna) of Leesburg, FL.; and her siblings, Michael Hannah, Sidney Fluellen, Irene Louise S. Sanders, Veronica Victoria S. Foster, Julia M. S. Jenkins, Martha A. F. Jackson, Verna M. F. Fluellen and Betty Fluellen. She is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins.
