He was predeceased by: his parents, Artist Melvin Stall and Edrie Mae Brooks; his son Jon "Buster" Stall; his brother Ron Schintzius; and his son-in-law Charles Wilkerson.
He is survived by: his wife Myrna Sims Taylor Stall; his children, Butch Stall (Lyn) of Portsmouth and Kim Cassidy (Jim) of Stout; his brother Kenny Schintzius (Linda) of Brandon, FL; and his sister-in-law Jean Schintzius of Portsmouth. He is also survived by 19 grandchildren, 27 great-grandchildren.
