She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Irene Diel and Dennis Diel; her sister Luella Steele of Avon, IN.; her grandsons, Daniel (Erica), Timothy (Jaclyn) and Joseph (Heidi); her husband Charles B. Neal; and her son Steven B. Neal.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to The Benjamin Harrison Presidential Site – Steven Blaine Neal Memorial Fund which is committed to the Presidential Site gardens where her son Steve volunteered as a master gardener after his retirement.
