Carol Brokish Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carol Brokish (Leesburg, Florida), born in Dodgeville, Wisconsin, who passed away on September 14, 2020, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Jacob Brokish and Gertrude Brokish (Meudt); his stepmother Lorena Brokish (Koenig); his daughter Lois Marie Bateson; and his siblings, Ann Clare Brokish (Rita) and John Brokish.
He is survived by: his spouse Maleta Ernzen; his children, Tony Brokish (Shirley) of North Smithfield, RI, Mary Ann Hall (Ken) of Moline, IL, Paul Broward (Heidi) of Ecuador, Kathy Lawson (Jeff) of Mayslick, KY, Dave Brokish of Lakeway, TX, Tom Auld-Brokish (Sarah) of Portland, ME and Linda Bollinger (Rodney) of Coral Springs, FL; and his brothers, Larry (Virginia), Ray (Marie), Joe (Nancy), Harry (Linda) and Jerry (Ginny).
At a later date, to be determined based on COVID being defeated, a Catholic Mass will be celebrated in Carol's honor at St. Paul Catholic Church in Leesburg.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Association or the American Heart Association in the name of Carol James Brokish, or to your favorite charity.
