He is survived by: his spouse Claire Merlino (Hourin) of Leesburg, FL; his children, Richard Merlino (Sandy Merlino) of Dedham, MA and Diane Merlino Hague of Dedham, MA; his grandsons, David Hague of Foxboro, MA and Matthew Hague of Foxboro, MA; his brother Anthony "Tony" Merlino (Ivonne) of Attleboro, MA; his niece Antoinette Merlino (David Gardiner) of Burlington, MA; and his nephew Steven Hourin (Tracy Hourin) of New Jersey.
