He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Hofmann and Rosa Hofmann; and his sons, Michael and Bill. He is survived by: his wife Arlene; his children, Linda Barbosa (Joe), Steve Hofmann (Kelly) and Lisa Munsey (Jeff); and his daughter-in-law MaryAnn Hofmann. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.
Private Services to be held due to COVID 19 restraints.
