He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Strotman and Anna Strotman (Kulp); his son Kenneth Strotman; and his brothers, Kenneth, Ronald, Ray and Shirld.
He is survived by: his wife Betty Lannigan; his children, Peggy Strotman of Pennsylvania, Katheryn Strotman of Pennsylvania, Ricky Strotman of West Virginia and Jeffrey Strotman (Larry Heisch) of Florida; and his sister Judy Bechtel of Florida. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
