She was predeceased by: her husband Raymond Hook; her son Martin Hook; her grandson Jason Hook; her parents, Stephen Zacherl and Amy Zacherl; and her siblings, David Zacherl, Dorothy Lewis, Grace Dean and Alice Zacherl.
She is survived by: her children, Charles Hook (Starla), Michael Hook and Elizabeth Rickerman (John); and her sister Helen Godleski. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
