It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rita Rio Pennington of Largo, Florida, born in Paducah, Kentucky, who passed away on November 21, 2023, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, William Dossett and Della Dossett; and her siblings, William, James, Ray, Roy Dossett, Faye Meador, Anna Lee Justice and Connie Neuman.
She is survived by: her children, William Pennington and Dana Cheney (Jeffrey); her grandsons, Shawn Cheney (Makenzie) and Ryan Cheney; and her great grandchildren, Gannon, Noah and Ollie. She is also survived by her family and friends.
