He was predeceased by: his father Andrew; and his former wife Patricia (O'Brien). He is survived by: his wife Clara; his daughters, Kathleen Kennedy, Melinda Robbins, Ellen Mosall (Richard), Arlene Fenwick (Chip), Jean Pennoyer (Douglas), Mickie Kennedy, Sharon Wynne (William), Marcia Hirsch (Paul) and Christina Fictum (Lee); and his siblings, William Kennedy (Karen) of Georgetown and Susan Betcher (Charles) of Newburgh, N. Y.. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers the family asks for donations to charities supported by Suncoast Cathedral.
