He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell Smalley and Ruth Smalley. He is survived by: his daughters, Christa Keyes (Travis) of Haines City and Erin McVay (Curtis) of Greensburg, Kentucky; his sister Marian Linda Smalley of Greenwood Lake; his grandchildren, Kailyn, Karina, Lucien, Jocelyn, Sarai and Conner; and his great grandchild Desmond.
In lieu of flowers the family has asked for donations to be made to the American Legion Post 8 in Winter Haven, Fl.
