With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Charles Russell Anderson of Lakeland, Florida, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 27, 2024 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, George Anderson and Elaine Anderson; his brothers, Ronald Lee Anderson, Gary Robert Anderson and Eugene Lyle Anderson; his son Charles "Bo" Russell Anderson Jr. (Shelly); and his granddaughter Jennifer.
He is survived by: his wife Emma; his children, George Michael Anderson (Priscilla), Richard Aldo Anderson and Deborah Gail Anderson-May (Mike); his siblings, James Elwood Anderson and Dawn Elizabeth Anderson-Hartsuff; and his grandchildren, Cory, Brittany, Skyler, Casey, Cierra, Emily and Sarah. He is also survived by his 14 great-grandchildren.
Viewing was held on Wednesday, October 30th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 9:45 AM at the Lanier Funeral and Cremation Services (717 Griffin Rd, Lakeland, FL 33805). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, October 30th 2024 at 9:45 AM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Wednesday, October 30th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Oak Hill Burial Park (4620 US Hwy 98 S, Lakeland, FL 33812).
