He is survived by: his significant other Annie Higgins; his siblings, George Jr., Flora "Mickey", Loudell, Mose "Show Boy", Janie Williams, Franklin Williams Sr., Reese Williams and Ernest "Fish" Williams Sr.; his children, Lisa Ann Williams Hornes, Claudia E. Williams, Lucretia M. Williams and Peter J. Williams Jr. of Miami, FL; his adoptive sons, Rodney and Maurice Martin; his grandchildren, William E. Hornes Jr., Cyntoria M. Hornes, Zachary Thomas, Nicholas Polycarpe, Tamiya Cullar and Belease Williams; his sisters, Eva Tudah Ramson, Lousie "Liza" Burgess (Josh), Mary Williams, Eunice Alston, Ella Williams of South Carolina, Sandra Proctor and Colette Williams of Miami; and also Amor Clark.
