He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Norris and Ethel Norris (Corn); and his siblings, Joseph, Edward Norris, Mary Woodard (John) and Barbara Robbins (Eldon).
He is survived by: his wife Susan Norris (Criss); his daughters, Kimberly Foust (Troy) of Ridgeville, Katherine Manning (Todd) of Celina, OH and Pamela Bradburn of Greenville, OH; his stepdaughters, Kimberly Cruea and Nancy Skaggs; and his siblings, Teresa Wood (Nick) of Muncie and David Norris (Robin) of Wilson, NC. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.
