She was predeceased by: her parents, Jose Ramon of Quesada and Niva M. Gonzalez Allue; her husband Emilio S. Garcia Calofona; and her sister Carmen Sosa of Quesada. She is survived by: her sons, Emilio (Lori) of California, Jose of Lake Mary, Carlos of Greenfield and Richard (Cassandra) of Greenfield, Indiana. She is also survived by three grandchildren and multiple nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Niva's name to Advent Health Hospice or Annunciation Catholic Church.
