He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Edward Stout and Lorraine Little Stout; his wife Cynthia Mills "Cindy" Stout; his sons, Robert Michael "Robby" Stout and Kevin Wade; and his siblings, Dennis Stout, Sandra Shackleford and Charles Bradshaw.
He is survived by: his sons, Thomas L. Stout, II (Staci) and Tim Stout (Jucinda); and his sister Cathy Greer of Dallas, TX. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Saturday, September 7th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Gateway-Forest Lawn Funeral Home (3596 US-441, Lake City, FL 32025). A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 7th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Gateway - Forest Lawn Memorial Chapel, Lake City (3524 US-90, Lake City, FL 32055). A burial was held on Saturday, September 7th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Evergreen Cemetery (4535 N Main St, Jacksonville, FL 32206).
