He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Harold and Edna Sparkman Mann. He is survived by: his wife Ferne Mann of Lake City, FL; his sons, Robert Mann (Michelle) and Jason Mann Windermere (Danielle); his sisters, Cheryle Kirkland (Allen) of Wildwood, FL. and Gail Cox of Wildwood, FL.; and his grandchildren, Branson, Madden Mann, Kaitlyn Mann, Kylee and Austin Tatninov.
