It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Leo Register of Lake City, Florida, who passed away on March 10, 2024, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his former wife JoAnn Register; his parents, William Charles and Mary Jane Durrance Register; his grandson Kevin Scott Mimbs; and his siblings, Johnny, Perry, Bill, Albert of Jessie, W. C., Nettie Melton, Kate Clawson, Betty Lovelace, Virginia Robinson, Annie Spradley, Carrie Norris and Inez Singer.
He is survived by: his wife Josephine Smith (JoAnn); his children, Sharon Mimbs (Skipper), Bonnie Hepworth (Brian), Darlene Barrs (Mike) and Bruce Register (Betty Jo); his grandchildren, Brian Mimbs (Lindsey), Timmy Mimbs (Kacey), Brad Clyatt (Tracy), Christopher Carmichael (Sandy), Caleb Carmichael (Erikah), Devin Register (Angel Register), Brian Barrs (Pam), Brad Barrs and Eighteenteen; and his great grandchildren, Levi, Ellie Mimbs, Taryn, Tyson, Taylor Clyatt, Eden, Axel Carmichael, Abby Carmichael, Rowdy, Harleigh Register, Tenya, Talaina Glass, C. J. Norcross, Kori Schrader and Bryson Barrs. He is also survived by 14 siblings.
