It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Henry Elmer Cantrell of Lake City, Florida, born in Whitewood, Virginia, who passed away on February 8, 2024, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Samuel Cantrell and Arminda Jane Boyd Cantrell; and his wife Glory Ann Cantrell. He is survived by: his children, Daniel Joseph Cantrell (Michelle), Deborah Ruth Wass (Curt) of Wayne, MI, David Henry Cantrell and Dawn Ann Slocum (Tom) of Edwardsburg, MI; and his grandchildren, Shirley, Stephanie, Daniel Jr., Sidney, Eric, Danielle and Samantha. He is also survived by eight great-grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews.
