He is survived by: his wife Shirley Dampier Sewell of Lake Butler; his daughters, Tammy Ann Olive of Coco, FL and Terry Ann Smith (Darren) of Fernandina Beach, FL; his stepsons, Joseph Thomas (Tammy) of Brooker, FL and Frankie Lee Thomas (Sandy) of Kathleen, FL; and his grandchildren, Matthew Olive and Faith Smith.
