He was predeceased by: his father Wade Logan Andrews, Sr.; and his grandparents, Willie, Ruth Andrews of Lake Butler, Henry B. Parker of Ocala and Elsie Parker of Lake Butler.
He is survived by: his son Dustin Andrews (Natalie) of Lake Butler, FL; his granddaughter Paisley Grace Andrews of Lake Butler, FL; his mother Dot Andrews of Lake Butler, FL; and his uncle Jeff Parker of Alachua, FL.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks for donations be made to the American Kidney Fund in Logan's memory.
