She is survived by: her sons, Edward M. Bell Jr. (Sarah), Phillip E. Bell (Shannon) and Thomas J. Bell; her grandchildren, Shyanne M. Bell, Sierra M. Bell and Sadie M. Bell; and her brother James Phillip Norris.
