With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Charles Wesley Jenkins of Lake Butler, Florida, born in Fort Myers, Florida, who passed away on February 18, 2021 at the age of 89. He was predeceased by: his parents, Jacob Wesley Jenkins and Ruth M. Davis Jenkins; his son David Lenorris Jenkins; and his siblings, David Nathaniel Jenkins and Mercedes Yvonne Turpins.

He is survived by: his wife Janeen Jenkins of Lake Butler; and his children, Elaine Jenkins of Lake Butler, Laverne Jenkins of Newberry, Ronnie Jenkins (Phyliss) of Gainesville and Mildred Jenkins of Gainesville. He is also survived by 20 grandchildren; 46 great grandchildren; and 9 great-great grandchildren.
