It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carrie Whitty Stewart (Lake Butler, Florida), born in Ocklawaha, Florida, who passed away on July 27, 2022, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Mamie Whitty and Herman Whitty; and her godchildren, Bill Lee and Betty L. Smith. She is survived by: her children, T. J. Stewart, Margaret Stewart Holmes (Early) and Deloris Davis. She is also survived by 25 grandchildren; 48 great-grandchildren; and a host of great-grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
