He was predeceased by: his daughter Melissa Hammond; his parents, Marion Downey and Earl Hammond; and his siblings, Cecilia Hammond and Anthony Hammond.
He is survived by: his brothers, Guy Downey (Terri) and Craig Downey (Ashley Ortiz); his grandchild Laurie Sakowski (Mick); and his children, Timothy Robert Sakowski Jr., Jessica Sakowski, Francis G. Ryan III (Lexi), Nicole Marie Hammond, Ryan Hammond, Mystique Marcano, Teraisa Hammond, Emmett Hammond, Kaden Hammond, Katarina Hammond, Malia Little and Matthew Little. He is also survived by his 4 children.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations can made to the American Legion Post 202 at 7441 State Rd 21 Keystone Heights, Florida 32656.
