He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Lester and Fannie Baker (Nelson); and his siblings, Raymond Baker, Jr., James Baker and Pearl Baker.
He is survived by: his wife Joyce Baker of Keystone Heights; and his children, James Baker (Elizabeth) of Appomattox, VA, Catherine Milligan (Michael) of Keystone Heights and Andrew Baker (Denise) of Greenwood Lake, NY..
