She is survived by: her husband Anthony Charles Guirate; her children, Anthony Guirate (Donna) and Nicole Condrey (Brent); her sister Tina Crosby (Robert); and her grandchildren, Chase Guirate, Taylor Condrey and Courtney Condrey.
