He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Stancil and Myrtice Stancil (McMillan); and his brother Lewis Stancil. He is survived by: his wife Nina Stancil (Sumner) of Keystone Heights; his children, David Stancil (Pilar) of Sarasota, John Stancil (Tami) of Jacksonville and Patti Varrelmann (Darrel) of Diablo; his sister Geraldine Brock of Dover; his grandchildren, Jason, Matt, Cody, Jordan, Dexter, Duke and Georgia; and his great grandchildren, Atticus, Abel, Anderson, Liam, June and Ford.
Due the Covid-19 pandemic there will be no public announcement of services.
