He is survived by: his wife Geneva Vaughan; his stepchildren, Christopher Crabtree (Heather) of Xenia and Beth Green (Darrell) of Hillsboro; his siblings, Diana Swihart (Stan) of Lakeland, Martha Goodin of Kentucky, Mark Vaughan of Kentucky and Denver Joseph Vaughan of Dayton; his grandchildren, Joseph Crabtree (Alicia) of Carlise, James Crabtree (Princess) of San Diego, Darrell J. Green of Wilmington, Cody Green (Nina) of Nashville, Christopher G. Crabtree and Sara Stone (Christian) of Wilmington; his great grandchildren, Layla, Alexis, Evelyn and Camden; and his pet Lilly.
