He is survived by: his children, Miranda Higgins (Steven) of Springfield, VA and Jacob Dylan Loper of Keystone Heights; his brothers, Edward Loper (Diane) of Starke and Donald Loper (Sue) of Starke; and his grandchildren, Alissa Loper, Gage Loper, Autumn Higgins, Colton Higgins and Trenton Higgins.
