She was predeceased by: her mother-in-law Kim Staun Cline; her grandparents, Hazard and Juanita Pritchard; and her aunts, Brenda Hartley and Martha Pritchard.

She is survived by: her parents, J. David Greene (Linda Greene) of Jacksonville, FL and Sandra Pritchard of Lenoir; her husband Richard Dale Cline; her daughter Reagan Cheyenne Cline; her family, Leslie Ray Cline, Angelia Cline, Garrett Lowder, Madison Harmon (Kyle Harmon), Michelle Cline (Robert Hall), Haleigh West and Tyler West; her aunt Tina (Keith Nordan); and her cousin John Author Greene.

Meredith worked at UNC Health Care in various positions where she later served on the covid front line.
