He was predeceased by: his parents, Anne Carroll (Morris) and Robert Moore. He is survived by: his daughter Becca Moore (Michael Bittof); his former wife Lori Moore; his granddaughters, Brylee and Raelynn; his sister Karen Rickard (Tippy); his niece Sydney Rickard; and his nephew Peter Rickard (Charlee). He is also survived by many cousins and friends.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Lori Moore, 4720 Brierwood Rd., Jacksonville, FL, 32257 to establish a college fund for Kelly's granddaughters, Brylee and Raelynn.
