She was predeceased by: her parents, James Marvin Bennett and Curtie Bennett (Edwards); and her spouse A. J. Maxwell. She is survived by: her siblings, Jimmy Bennett (JaneEllen) and Carol Bland (James); her children, Andy Maxwell, Lavon Rigdon (Jerry) and Marie Maxwell; her grandchildren, Jessica Talkington (Chris), Jeremy Rigdon (Darrah), Tiffany Jones (Matthew) and Daniel Batten Jordan (Morgan); and her great grandchildren, Wesley Talkington, Sarah Talkington, Graham Batten, Walker Rigdon, Ensley Batten and Emma Jones.
