He is survived by: his wife Evanne Smith; his children, Yolanda Holloway (Daniel), Daryl Smith (Sheronda) and Johnette Hylton (Andrew); and his siblings, Mary Perry, James Smith, Nathaniel Smith (Brenda), Roosevelt Smith (Veronica) and Richard Smith. He is also survived by three grandsons and one great granddaughter.
