It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John Paul Elixson Jr. of Jacksonville, Florida, who passed away on July 22, 2023, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, John Paul Elixson Sr. and Doris Tucker Elixson; his brother Lawrence Elixson; and his stepdaughter Heather Douglas Sell. He is survived by: his wife Karen Elixson; his sister Kathy Glisson; his children, Lesli Elixson and John Paul Elixson III; his stepchildren, Chris Douglas (Shayna) and Amanda Douglas; and his grandchildren, Amber Smith (Taylor), Kaleb Rowland, CJ, Christopher Douglas Jr., Mandy Eastwood of Karis Douglas, JP, John Paul Elixson IV, Arianna Brown, De'Anna Brown, Gage Douglas and Kaliya Brown. He is also survived by several nieces & nephews, extended family, and friends.
