He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. Jean B. Wiliams, Jr. and Helen "Glo" Colee Wiliams. He is survived by: his wife Susan Owen Wiliams; his daughters, Lindsey Elizabeth Wiliams and Carolyn Wiliams Stone (Mark Andrew Jr); his grandsons, Mark Andrew III and Reed Jean Babington Stone; and his siblings, Helen Moody Baker (Tim) and James Colee Wiliams (Amy). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
