He is survived by: his wife Cecelia Theos; his daughters, Julia Woods (Steve), Jennifer Hopkins (Dewayne), Wendy Baucum and Judy Raciti (Danny); his grandchildren, Rosemary Thigpen, Lucy Aldridge, Jacob DeGraaf, Zachary Baucum, Dustin Hopkins, Abigail DeGraaf, Lydia DeGraaf, Grace Raciti, Stevie Woods and Montgomery Thigpen; and his sister Tina Thoes Carr.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the youth group, at Mandarin Presbyterian Church, in Fred Theos name.
