It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elsie Mae Cannon (Jacksonville, Florida), who passed away on July 27, 2023, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Colin Johns and Lealer Mae Johns (Mosley); her husband Earl Cannon, Sr.; her son Earl Cannon, Jr.; and her siblings, Gladys Lanthripp, Ida Lee Griffis, Virgil and Hershel Johns.

She is survived by: her children, Ronald E. Cannon (Darlene), Terry L. Cannon (Kim) and Cathy Tucker (Ricky). She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, and 26 great-grandchildren, and a host of other relatives and friends.
