He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Bernhardt Cohen and Lena Cohen; his wife Carol Smith Cohen; his children, Joanne Cohen, Dr. Debbie Abram (Harry) and Stephen Cohen (Ellen); and his great grandchild Emerson. He was also cherished by 7 grandchildren.
A service will be held on Sunday, April 16 at 10:30 AM at Congregation Ahavath Chesed (The Temple), 8727 San Jose Blvd. The family requests that contributions in Don's memory be made to the Osher Lifelong Learning Institute (OLLI) at the University of North Florida or Doctors without Borders, USA Inc.
