He was predeceased by: his father Joseph Wayne Goldman; his grandmother Mildred Blackburn; his brother Jeremiah Smith; and his aunt Voc Nguyen. He is survived by: his mother Joann Nguyen Smith; his stepfather Gordon Smith; his daughter Mila Goldman; his former wife Jessica Goldman; his aunts and uncles, David Blackburn (Margret), Debby Yerry (Scott), Mai Nguyen, Ngoc Nguyen (Ngoc), Tich (Bich Ngoc), Lieu Nguyen (Lap) and Tu Le; and his cousin Vi Nguyen. He is also survived by children and grandchild.
