Though Charles may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Charles leaves behind.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Harlan M. Holmes and Chloe E. Holmes (Leinard) of Fairfield, Illinois.; and his siblings, Russell Holmes and Thelma Wilson. He is survived by: his wife Keiko Holmes of Florida; and his brother Seth Holmes of Illinois. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held on Thursday, February 27th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Jacksonville National Cemetery (4083 Lannie Rd, Jacksonville, FL 32218).
