He was predeceased by: his parents, Hubert E. Mooney and Linnie Lee Roberts. He is survived by: his children, Karen Shiver (Michael) of Buford, Georgia and Keith Mooney (Amanda) of Jacksonville; his grandchildren, Alex Shiver (Shay) of Braselton, Ali Shiver of Buford, Georgia of Jacksonville, Bryce Mooney of Jacksonville and Brooke Mooney of Jacksonville; and his great grandchild Lynley Shiver.
